"Although it was a bit noisy with construction going on it was a beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly specially Sampath, Surean and the breakfast chef. Food was excellent the breakfast chef went out of his way to get us Dates fruit. Overall it was a great hotel we will definitely visit again. "

"Firstly please keep in mind there are a lot of Royal Beach Residencie(s), so check your email for the exact address. Once I found the building, it happened to be a number of rooms within a larger apartment. I stayed in a decent sized room with private bathroom. There are other rooms with a shared bathroom. There is a communal kitchen and dining/seating area which is nice.
All fixtures & fittings are of a v good standard - I personally was impressed. Nice decor and cleanliness standards were tip...

"It is in a nice and convenient part of town.
They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. "
