The kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances, while the dining table comfortably seats four. The master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, is conveniently located off the kitchen. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom is versatile, featuring a futon and a small desk. The master bathroom includes a shower, while the guest bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combo. The TVs are smart TVs with streaming apps. Outback you will find dockage for up to a 30ft boat and great screened porch with ample seating. Easy boating access through Boot Key Harbor to the Atlantic and then a shortride to the Seven Mile Bridge to switch over to the gulf.There is only room for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. Only one vehicle & one trailer depending on size. No RVs, campers or motorhomes. Max Boat length 30ft. \*\*\*please note there is active construction nearby. \*\*\*Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.
