Enjoy warm Gulf breezes in this spacious three bedroom, three bath boasting 2340 square feet under air. Master bedroom has a king and 2nd bedroom has a king and the third bedroom has a queen. This unit sleeps 6 people. Located near the southern end of beautiful Marco Beach, Les Falls is an impressive monument to the Marco Island Lifestyle.

MANAGER'S RENTAL RESTRICTIONS: Les Falls only allows one reservation per calendar year therefore the owner prefers one long term reservation, min. 90 days. Please inquire for details and owner approval before placing your reservation.

$50 application fee due 14 business days prior to arrival date for approval process with Les Falls

Amenities Include Sun Deck with 60' Lap Swimming Pool and Whirl Pool Spa, Fitness Center, Sauna, Game and Activity Room, Two Lighted Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball and Shuffleboard Courts.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
