When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. "Our stay was wonderful! We arrived before check in time and were able to store our luggage so that we could start exploring right away. When we came back later in the afternoon the room was ready and luggage was brought to us. The room was clean and well maintained. There were always waters in the mini fridge which was nice. Breakfast had a nice selection of delicious foods. We also had drinks one evening in the little sitting area. The staff is very kind, I heard them giving pointers to several other guests. Check in and check out were quite easy. The location is amazing, close to so many things!"

"Great location close to vaparetto and lots of shops right there. Great sandwiches at Testo. So close to Rialto, but side street blocks much of the noise. Warm showers and cool AC were well needed after some hot days of walking. Breakfast was tasty and so convenient (you will reserve a time slot each day). Having someone at front desk 24/7 was super helpful as we arrived on a very late flight and they were always helpful when we needed them."

"Great location, room and bathroom were a good size, comfortable, good cupboard space with a safe. Provides everything you need. It's not new or modern but has a certain charm. Breakfast is typical fare, perfectly adequate. Nice lobby where you can sit and rest. Staff very helpful. I'd stay there again."

"We had a really nice experience at this hotel. The air conditioning was AMAZING. The beds were comfortable. Room had an iron and ironing board. It was about 10 minutes drive to the airport. Wished breakfast was included, but at least there was an Aldi grocery store across the street. But, everything else was great."
