“Coffee pot did not work.(had to purchase one) Blinds in bedroom was broken, had to cover with blanket, kitchen table was very wobbly, not good for drinks, only one washcloth was found in a closet, which was not very tidy at all. Also had to purchase some. Shower curtain did not go all around the tub, which made for a wet floor. To much personal stuff there in closets and fridge and kitchen cabinets. Feel the house could have been much cleaner. Rug in living room a tripping hazard. On a positive ……

“The house was very welcoming and the space itself was really nice. Overall, we had a good experience. A deeper cleaning would have made it even better, particularly with dust, the washcloths, and the washing machine. With a little more attention to those details, it would easily be a top-tier stay.”

“Pet friendly but yard should be cleaned between stays. I understand not easy to do in Dec but we felt poop hadn’t been picked up for quite some time. Fairly clean home but could be improved. Picked up chewed gum off floor, cup under couch, earring and safety pin off liv room and bedroom carpets. The perfume smell very strong in entire house. Overall, worked for us. ”

“Had a great stay the home was spotless the backyard incredible and the views wow cannot wait to go back this summer. Great communication with property owner. upstairs bedroom, huge, including the bathroom again the views from upstairs are just beautiful. if you like to cook, you will love this kitchen. if you’re looking for a place in that area on the water look no further. this place will not disappoint.”

“Very nice & clean property. Stayed here to have a small game night with family. The master bedroom has the only comfortable bed but other than that, the property itself was lovely. Fully stocked kitchen (plates,cups,glass,coiking materials) the only downside was the small garage can that had a broken foot pedal & the same small stairs leading into the house.”

“We had stayed in the property last year during the holidays too. Both stays were excellent the location is very close to f our family and every kind of shopping you would need.The complex is small so not much traffic and it is very quiet there. We always choose a second floor apartment and never hear any noise from the others around us”

“Accused of damage we did not do--dirty ceiling in bathroom when arrived, told we had smoked--no one in our family smokes. Told we broke a lamp in the living room which we never used. Save yourself from stress and avoid this owner.”
