"Booking a room was misleading because the picture of the room wasn’t the room we were put in , wasn’t told we could order a cooked breakfast, wasn’t told that they had a smoking area, overall the room was very clean , the bed and bedding was spotless, we had tea , coffee and biscuits in room , bathroom was spotless which was very appreciated"

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, good choice of food available. However, it's misleading to advertise that the hotel has a pool when it's in fact a good 15 minute drive away! "
