"Awesome for a stopover, close to Heathrow "

"Staff was friendly and helpful on how to get around using public transportation. Breakfast was amazing definitely book ahead of time for the cheaper price. They had a a microwave in the common area and no refrigerators in the rooms. My only two con are they didn’t have wash cloths and the wifi wouldn’t work well on the main floor lobby/dinning area. "

"I always stay at this particular Hilton at Heathrow. They have amazing customer service and I love the Oxbow Restaurant food quality. Definitely recommend!"

"The Sofitel is attached to Terminal 5 thru a series of walkways and this makes it easy. You do not have to go outside in bad weather to access it from the airport. The hotel staff, restaurants, gift shop, room, toiletries, sheets all top notch. I just really enjoy the experience of friendly people ensuring your stay is superior. This is the place."
