“Wanted to have a drink on balcony overlooking weir unable to do so as we were not booked into restaurant.Very disappointed as the restaurant was empty staff unable to resolve issue.Hotel was shabby and not of the standard I would expect for a 4 Star Hotel .Room was not air conditioned and smelt of damp in need of a update.”

“It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour.
It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. The money all seems to have gone on an overly complicated lighting system in the……
