On the garden level, 1 living room with TV, HiFi system, piano, comfortable armchairs allowing you to listen to music in the greatest comfort, 1 hall with an independent WC and 1 hand basin, 1 dining room with a table that can accommodate 4 or 12 people, a kitchen equipped with 1 fridge / freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave oven, 5 butane gas fires, 1 espresso machine, 1 coffee maker, 1 citrus press, 1 robot. This building well insulated by external walls of 90cm does not require an air conditioning unit and keeps a very pleasant freshness even during hot weather. Normal size openings prevent sun and heat flooding. The presence of large trees on the terrace makes it possible to have lunch outside sheltered from the great sun and in the evening protects from humidity. La propriété a beaucoup de charme et l’ambiance est zen . Seul bémol, la taille de la piscine et son filet de protection un peu obsolète de même que le jardin qui gagnerait à être plus entretenu. Le jardin est luxuriant et très agréable avec la petite piscine/jacuzzi. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Un petit bémol : Nous avons souffert de la chaleur dans les chambres (parfois 30°C, meme avec les volets fermés toute la journée et l'aération le soir et la nuit).
