A couple issues with my room. The outlet behind the microwave was sticking out of the wall. The faucet by the microwave was incredibly loose. Thought I'd snap it off turning on the water. The main light in the bathroom didn't work. The stopper was missing in the huge tub so i couldn't enjoy it. We had an Accessible room but the accessibility features, while possibly ok for someone in a wheelchair, were not useful for my orthopedically challenged husband. The shower is a tub/shower combo and has no grab bar in a useful position for someone standing. Sheets had debris and stains, lady bugs on the ceiling, lots of spots were caked in dust like the base of the standing lamp, back & base of TV, bedside lamps.
