“A beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the bathroom was pretty luxurious! Would highly recommend!”

“The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff. ”

“還不錯的地方，只是有點難找，要跨過一個類似天井的地方，似乎之前也不是這個名字，所以計程車到達的時候，找不到地點有點難找，不過整體環境跟房間還是蠻漂亮的，CP值也高。”

“Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy ”

“Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.”

“The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. ”

“good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that”

“Great location with free access to the well equipped Leonardo hotel spa and gym which is just round the corner. The room itself was ok fairly basic in terms of equipment but adequate if you don't want to cook much. I would recommend this studio room.”

“位置很好、清潔很好、推薦入住！”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. However, the shower needs proper plumbing. I had it fixed on day 3 as it went so bad that water overflowed, but days 5 and 6 it repeated again. Also, I hope slippers could be provided even at a cost. They are not something that can easily be bought in the City of London.”

“Only 12 room , good for someone who looking for accommodation unlike standard hotel”

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……
