“Great location in Clifton neighborhood!”

“The code to get into the facility would not work. I had to make a phone call and after three attempts finally got in the facility. Then the code to open my guest room door did not work. I was still on the phone with I think was an AI representative and after three attempts at opening the door, all of which failed the keypad ceased to operate. So I had no choice, but to leave the hotel has refused a refund.”

“Very nice unit.”

“Clean”

“Perfect location and room was great!”

“It was a great community close to everything!”

“Great location for local food and entertainment. Spacious bedrooms. The rooftop deck was a great addition and off-street parking was very convenient. A nice, safe neighborhood with a lot of activity.”

“The room was very clean and very comfortable. The entry process was cumbersome but we got through it. We are elderly and didn’t plan on having stairs getting our things from the car to the apartment but the location was fabulous! We walked to every place we wanted to go.”

Definitely a bit loud at night since it is a loft above a restaurant, but that is in most of the comments, so just be aware. Was not a problem for us, but for others, this might be a no-go. Another potential consideration is that it is a third floor loft, so just be aware if you are bringing pets and stairs are a problem for them. Parking was free, but always……

“We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and now that we know the kitchen situation, we’ll……

“The house was super cute inside, the floors were a bit dirty. Only issue we had was the crackhead fight right outside where they were hurling jugs of water and bags of mulch at each other in the middle of the street and the poor old man next door trying to break it up. Good place for a quick stay.”
