“its a great historic house with a large living space. Everything is updated. walking distance to downtown and the river. We were in town for a funeral and visiting relatives so we only used the house for sleeping, showering and getting dressed. the house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything we needed. I would stay there again.”

“You couldn't ask for a nicer place. Beautiful location and excellent hosts.”

“Rooms were lovely and fresh....newly remodeled . Issue with tiny ants in bathroom on floor Tea towel would have been nice Mats a doors due to snowy boots No sheets if you were to use couch Bedroom TV didn't work....wasn't connected Bed so compfy .Area safe and quiet Area ”

“The door had at least 2 inch gap from the door frame. They didn’t disclose the rooms are part of the Days Inn. When we first walked in with the manager there was a bug on the floor she quickly picked it up before I could identify it. We didn’t end up staying our whole stay. The bed was comfortable.”

“The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. ”

The check in process is not as stated there is no lock box for the key, you have to get this from the Days Inn located in the next building to get a key. The kitchenette is limited, no coffee machine and very limited utensils. The listing stated there was a hair dryer, which there was not. The place is clean, the beds have soft mattresses (too soft for me, but this is a personal preference). It worked for our short stay,……

“Room was full of spiders and had ants colonized in the bathroom but otherwise pretty decent.”

“Great host”

“Really cool little place, short walk to river park! Pete was great to work with, we booked last minute and it was easy. 2 Bedrooms, each has a shower and the place has 1 centrally located 1/2 bath with worked out well.”

“Great place to stay.”
