“Todo perfecto, si hubiese que poner un pero sería el ascensor, solo se puede subir de dos en dos”

“Toutefois il y a 2 problèmes : - l'unique salle de bain/wc étant située dans la chambre est d'un usage très peu pratique pour la 3e personne qui dort dans le salon ( difficile à modifier ) - il n'y a ni volet ni double rideau aux fenêtres du salon, la personne qui y dort est réveillée par la lumière au levé du jour ( il est facile dy remédier)”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s located in the heart of Valencia, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very clean and secure. We can’t wait to visit again!”

“The apartment is located in a quiet area with parking, just a short walk from the sea (10 minutes). It's also just a few dozen meters from tram and bus stops for the historic city and other interesting areas. The owner, Nancy, was very accommodating to our needs; we found the apartment spotlessly clean with all the amenities listed in the ad.”

“Emilianos place was extremely well kept. We had everything to have a comfortable stay. Bed was cozy and great for a close couple. All appliances worked very well and everything was sparkling clean. Appartment was beautifully finished mixing original style with modern facilties. Really loved the place! Location was ideal to explore the bautiful old city and sample the many Restaurants around us. Bycicle rental was right across from our appartment. We rented for a day and explored the parktrail……

"The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro)."

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
