All was good,but we could not use the Jacuzzi, which was being cleaned :(

Staff and room were excellent. It was disappointing to see the restaurant closed during peek season and the breakfast was inconsistent for a 5 star hotel

Very helpful staff. The hotel is being renovated and so there are workman on site but it didn’t interrupt our stay.

This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. The star of the hotel, though, is the gentleman who oversees the property. He was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of his way to give recommendations, make reservations, and ensure the guests felt well taken care of. I will return on my next visit to Avignon.

This was one of the nicest hotels on our trip. Very clean, comfortable beds, perfect location. Everything you need was just outside the hotel, cafes, restaurants, shops & ice cream. I like bed this hotel. We would stay here again.
