La struttura è situata nel cuore dei Sassi di Matera, a 100 metri da Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione e NON sono ammessi ANIMALI. Non abbiamo ancora recensioni su questa piattaforma ma vi assicuriamo che la nostra attività è ben avviata e siamo gente affidabile. Ci farebbe piacere se la vostra scelta ricadesse su di noi, in quel caso ci assicureremmo di farvi trovare un piccolo regalo al vostro arrivo. Dal momento che i Sassi di Matera sono una zona ZTL non è possibile parcheggiare l'auto in loco, ma nelle zone limitrofe ci sono sia parcheggi pubblici gratuiti che a pagamento.
Data la conformazione della struttura e dei Sassi la sconsigliamo a persone con difficoltà motorie.
