“Considering this was supposed to be a 4 star Radisson hotel, we were bitterley disappointed, the bed had springs that dug into your back, the sink in the bathroom was chipped and cracked, food overpriced, the sash window wouldnt open, water marks on the wall as well as a large crack down the wall, very very poor, the pool is always laned off and you have to wear a swim cap, not thequality id expect, we left after one night”

“The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly. Unfortunately no air conditioning and when we stayed there was two weddings happening, so all the fans had been given out. The second floor hit you like a heat wave. The room was so hot I woke up feeling sick and spent sometime un tge middle of the night down stairs in the lobby to cool down the heat was unreal un the room, and the lobby had A/C. Thankfully second day we got a fan after I complained it was then bearable.. Breakfast was very nice.……

“This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back.……
