I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. “First the positives. The rooms are well maintained. The gym is clean and has top notch equipment. The food is really excellent and has no garlic no onion options. Housekeeping is really good. The beds and comforters and pillows are superb quality.
Now for the not so good news.
The staff is quite untrained and unprofessional. Some of them were fighting at the front desk and being utterly disrespectful. Not something a guest should ever witness.
