Front desk help was wonderful. Only comment would be the warmth of the room. We prefer cooler sleeping temperature."

"Nice clean hotel a short drive from Madrid Airport. A few local bars and restaurants close by, and a supermarket. The hotel had its own bar and restaurant. Excellent staff. Good value for the money, not high quality but a great place to stay."

"I appreciated that the hotel was a bit outside the busy center. The neighborhood was quieter, especially on the weekend, which made the stay more relaxing. The staff was very friendly and check‑in/check‑out were smooth and easy."

"The only disappointment was that I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and that it had a shuttle service, however the shuttle was not available that early in the morning for me to use it for my 6am flight. I wish the shuttle times were posted on the booking site."
