“Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. ”

“Great location, within a 15-minute walk to all major attractions. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. “I read various reviews before booking this hotel; some were very positive, while others were quite negative, which made me a bit worried. However, since we were only staying for one night and leaving for the airport in the morning, we decided to give it a try.
I was aware that there would be no reception and possible extra charges at certain times, so we arrived at the hotel as soon as we got to Milan.

“Very happy with this stay. Lovely apartment in good area. Plenty of restaurants close by along the canals. Tram easy into Central Milan or walk for 25 minutes or so. Good support from company. Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed.
