"We had an amazing 2-night stay at Kam Kam camps. We were welcomed graciously with tea and treats (as is typical in Morocco). The camp grounds were beautiful. Our tent was perfectly comfortable with gorgeously decorated, but still fairly simple as is expected when camping in the desert. Dinner was delicious and you definitely will not go hungry. "Horrible experience. This place is a dump. Our king suite with pool view wasn't available even though prepaid. Were given a small room with two queen beds but not offered the difference in price. Credit cards were not accepted and the WiFi was not working. We were told to pay cash for food and incidentals. They did offer a local band that kept us awake until midnight with their horrible sounds. Do not stay at this place. Totally not Moroccan."

"Nice hotel in Ville Nouvelle close to the train station. They couldn't find my Expedia booking initially which was problematic but eventually found it after about ten minutes. But overall I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. "
