This hotel has the potential to be amazing. From what I understand it was years ago. Outdoor pool was awesome. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was very good. Made to order omelets with lots of other choices too. Downside? My bed needed to be replaced (368). Bathroom needed updating (peeling ceiling etc) Walls are very thin so you hear everything including very loud housekeepers bsing in the hallway. Doors slamming. Bring headphones or ear plugs. Also there is an elevated gazebo in the back of hotel where the bricks have settled at the top leaving a large lip at the top of the stairs. It’s a bad tripping hazard and an accident waiting to happen (think brick steps and broken teeth) Hopefully they will fix it before something happens.

The property is advertised in Huntington, but it is not in Huntington and not that close. The property is tired and not well maintained - the ceiling was patched but not painted in the bathroom, soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The sofa had noi springs left so you just sank in.

This is probably the worst Hilton I have stayed at. Upon arrival, we encountered a lengthy wait due to a single person handling a long queue at the check-in counter, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, we discovered that the WiFi wasn't functioning properly. While addressing this issue the next morning, we were simply given a code without any prior notification at check-in regarding the WiFi situation. Furthermore, the service at the bar left much to be desired. The body wash and shampoo pumps in the room were also empty. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the excellent customer service standards typically associated with Hilton establishments.

The only problem was apparently there is a difference in handicap rooms. One is “rollator” ready the other is walk in shower ready. Is you have a rollator or where, seems like a given you need a walk in shower. Just sayiy

It was a good overall stay. If you want to walk from this hotel to shops you cant. You will have to take an uber or taxi.

It was hard to get warm water when washing my hands. You waste a lot of water waiting for it to get warm. When talking a shower it was hard to get the right temperature because the water is being shared with other rooms.
