"The location is okay being next to subway. Even though rural area, the hotel is clean, no smell of smoking, and especially manager was super nice. We came from usa and he helped us out and all. Subway is walkable, so u can go everywhere if u know how to use subway. "

"Do not recommend if traveling alone as hotel is hidden on a very dark street which my taxi could not find so I had to walk around to find it. Also it does not appear to be a proper hotel but a small apt building converted but did not expect much considering it is a budget hotel. Room was clean but hallways were dark and did not seem clean."

"I had a great stay at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel and would rate it 4/5\. The hotel was very clean, and we loved the Executive King room. It was spacious enough for me and my girlfriend to relax comfortably. The city view was great, and the bathroom—especially the bathtub—was a highlight. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the room fresh and well stocked. The location is very convenient, with coffee shops and stores nearby. There are also two GS25 convenience stores within a short walk—one behind the hotel and another near the train station down the hill. The subway station itself is not far and easy to reach. Breakfast on the upper floor had a beautiful view and great atmosphere. Most of the food was good, though one fish dish was just okay. The coffee machine was also a bit complicated to use and could be more user-friendly. The front desk staff were professional and polite, and they communicated well in English, which I appreciated. However, they sometimes seemed a bit strict or reserved. One small improvement would be the bathroom glass panel, which makes it difficult to watch TV from the bathtub due to the tint. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would gladly stay here again. ⭐ Rating: 4/5"
