Muy bien amueblada y extremadamente limpia, nuestra casa de la planta superior es tranquila y espaciosa. Le encantará su estadía en el soleado Mesquite disfrutando de golf, senderismo, juegos de azar y mucho más. Este condominio es de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños con un garaje profundo para 1 automóvil. Los nuevos asientos de la sala de estar, las decoraciones frescas y las sábanas y almohadas adicionales hacen de esta una excelente opción. Un rey en el dormitorio principal, un rey opcional o dos camas individuales, y un cómodo sofá cama nuevo con capacidad para 6. Una piscina de área común, bañera de hidromasaje y sala de ejercicios brindan mayor comodidad después de días completos de diversión. En la unidad de lavandería, una cocina totalmente equipada con condimentos / especias, artículos diversos en los baños y extras especiales hacen que el embalaje sea ligero y crea una sensación de hogar.

Very clean with so many helpful items; kitchen spices, toiletries, pool towels, bikes, etc. The club house gym is basic and a bit outdated. Quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway. Easy check in and check out process.

Mesquite Marvel

J and Amy were fantastic! Great place to stay as it was clean and had great amenities. We used the bikes and loved riding around. They were comfortable too. We chose the location because we were going all around from Vegas to St. George, Utah and it was a nice in between. Their place was even better than we had expected and would stay there again!

Above and beyond!

Absolutely hands down best hosts I’ve ever had! They had everything you could think of- except a rice cooker which Amy HERSELF delivered a brand new one for us! They pay great attention to detail when it comes to feeling comfortable and at home- if I’m ever in Mesquite again, I will absolutely be staying here!!

Great Stay!

Our communication with J and Amy, and the condo, were fantastic! Nice, safe area and the condo was well stocked with so many amenities that we don't always get at other rentals. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Lovely little home away from home

We came to Mesquite for a baseball camp for our 10-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy. We chose this property based on the previous reviews. It did not disappoint! The pictures online don’t even do it justice. The house is so tastefully decorated, has everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable and sheets are super soft. Everything was very clean. The pool was too cold to go swimming this time of year, but we enjoyed a nice hot tub and they even have beach towels available. Our boys even played chess and taught me how to play. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect rental unit! It’s located within walking distance to a city park (with playground equipment for children) & huge, separately fenced parks for sm-med-lg dogs! (There’s also an excellent canine club & resort within 10 minutes drive, that we used for boarding!) The unit itself was decorated beautifully, & everything you could possibly need (ie, kitchen items, bath necessities & washer/dryer) was available! The garage is narrow, but you can carefully store a vehicle there. Instructions were thorough & communication was prompt. This host is amazing, & thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable!

Comfy townhome-quiet and convenient Mesquite location

Great location--close to softball fields for the tournament we were in (but also very convenient to everything else in Mesquite.). Very comfortable and clean town home, well stocked. Beds are very comfy and there is plenty of extra bedding/blankets. Our 2nd time staying in this complex. Quiet and has a good heated pool and hot tub and fitness center right behind the unit. Owners are extremely responsive and great hosts! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Mesquite Getaway

We will never stay anywhere else when in Mesquite! The Sparkling Springs Retreat is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Jesse and Amy responded in a very timely manner when we needed to contact them and truly went above and beyond. It’s worth noting that the beds were the most comfortable ones we’ve encountered. A+

Las Vegas was packed and I’m so happy I found this place we went to Vegas and the drive wasn’t bad. Super clean and comfortable, communication so effective and fast. I would recommend everybody to stay here and I will definitely book with them again.
