“As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity .
There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area .
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular
Delightful staff as well .
There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath .
We then used the sauna and steam room .

“In the middle of the night, all the electricity went out. We were moved twice to a room inferior to the one we had paid for. The next day the hotel manager refused to offer a discount because of this inconvenience. I would not recommend staying there”

“First time at this hotel and was very impressed. Everything was modern and clean, USB ports on each side of the bed, very powerful shower, huge towels.
The staff (especially Rutie) were extremely friendly and helpful.
I didn't use the spa, but the gym was well-equipped and very modern.
The hotel is very well located and on several bus routes making it very easy to get to most places in Jerusalem. More importantly it is far enough away from all the noise being created by the light rail……
