Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, fully equipped gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to1pm . 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included but based on availability.

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Each bathroom includes toiletries, hairdryers, and towels. Separate convenience items such as iron and Ironing Board, alarm Clock, Digital Satellite TV are added perks.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact seacoast suites.

Self parking is available for $30 on Site. Package storage fee $5

Spring break was so mediocre
We were very underwhelmed with this property. The beach was nice, but didn’t come with beach chairs or umbrellas. The pool was ok but half of the chairs were broken. The walls were paper thin and we had to complain multiple times about people partying in rooms all around us. The kitchen was poorly stocked. 4 of each item and no dish soap or paper towels provided. The finish work in the unit was pretty bad including a peeling tub, and the sole light in the living room being burned out. The main elevator is off limits for luggage and when it rained the entire garage was leaking. We even saw raw sewage dripping down there. The VRBO instructions didn’t indicate how to get in for check in, and I never received any communication to indicate they had a front desk inside like a hotel. All in all, I’d avoid this spot.

Older property. The kitchen seemed updated, but the bathrooms needed to be updated. The front desk was not very friendly or helpful. If you used the fitness room, you had to get a key from the front desk. The description mentions a washer and dryer, it was NOT in the unit. There was a paid one down the hall. All three of the TV in the unit did not work at a point in our stay. The property charged for parking, which was not in the description. The parking was very tight. Several floors were under construction in the building. There was not a place to eat at the property. We had to go other places to get food and other things that we needed. The board walk and beach were very nice.

This property had great views and was clean. I thought condition of the property was going to look aesthetically better, but it was clean. The air conditioner unit in our room was very loud and made a thumping sound when it turned off. Also, the morning we were checking out there was construction noise above us.

Great affordable option!
I rented this property with 5 friends (6 total), and it was everything we needed! Unlimited access to the pool and beach, the room was spacious and had a full kitchen and living room space in addition to 2 bedrooms and bathrooms with a balcony. The front desk staff were accommodating and it was definitely a plus to be able to use the facilities of the hotel! I would definitely return here for a future trip.

WORST STAY EVER
This listing is nothing but a SCAM!! NEVER stay here. They lure you with pictures of the prettiest corner until. But when you get here it’s not the unit at ALL!! Our condo was facing another building. Promised queen beds and all are full size. Says there is a restaurant. Only open MINIMAL HOURS with MINIMAL choices on the menu. The worst part is I contacted VBRO immediately when we found out we had been scammed and they still have done NOTHING about it. I sent pictures of everything. Was promised to hear something in 24 hours and nothing! Tried leaving messages with the host, NOTHING!!!! Ran into people in the elevator that the exact thing had been done to them. Promised the same beautiful corner until and put in a condo facing a building. This condo building knows this is going on and just lets it happen. Please save your money NEVER stay at this listing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pictures online are of a corner unit. The unit I rented was an interior unit. It was sizable, but a little dated and could use an overhaul and some good cleaning. The pool and beach access are adequate. The location is good. The space is good. The pillows need to be replaced.

Coming to the place at first was very exciting, beautiful everything on the outside
Once we see are room, it’s basically nothing like the photo on the website.. we had a huge view of the dumpster, a tiny view of the beach. Looked so much smaller in person!! There was a roach in bathroom and stained towels !!

Great place
We enjoyed our suite very much. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was very responsive to requests. The location is definitely away from the action, so nice and quiet. Just a short drive to restaurants, shops and clubs. Our condo faced west, with a great view of downtown Miami, which was nice in the afternoon when the sun went behind the building at the pool. We could sit on our balcony for more sun and a beautiful sunset. The bathrooms are very small and we did have issues with the internet, but otherwise a great place. It may be helpful to know this is actually a hotel, not an individually owned condo, so easy check in and out and cleaning/new towel available. There is also a small grocery in the lobby, as well as a breakfast/lunch restaurant, although we never ate there. They have convenient self parking, but they charge $30 per day for using it. Overall, very happy with the accommodation.
