Decent

Nice big place in great location, however apt is pretty run down. All bedding seemed like it needed to be washed, kitchen and bathrooms havent been updated since 70s and some grime looked like it could never be scrubbed away. Still a good deal for the amount of space you get and the amazing water views. Host was super responsive and helpful with wifi and AC issues

Nice place

The place is in a good location with lovely views. Check in was a nightmare. Couldn't check-in till 4 pm and then had to go to go from place to place and queue to do admin before getting access. We went to reception, then to car attendant then to customer service, and back to parking attendants office. Customer service took ages. And a reasonable queue. Took about an hour so didn't get access to unit till after 5 pm. They also ran out of wristbands we were charged for and told to come back next day. Still none. You need wristbands to move around property to tricky managing with 2 when 4 people who might want to go to gym, it pool, or walk etc. Was tricky for us. Unit is dated but very clean and kitchen well stocked. View is lovely. For us it was out most expensive accommodation we have ever paid. We thought pricing was in AUD as from Australia and anytime we have used homeaway it had been AUD. But we were charged USD which was a huge huge shock. Just a warning. I will follow this up at home but doubt we will be able to do anything.

Nice unit but not an area for a relaxing vacation

Very nice, well equipped and spaciius unit. Beautiful view. Owner very gracious. No complaints at all. Just didn't care for the area. Too busy and not much to do in immediate area. Parking was difficult. Should have done more research before staying in that part of Miami.

I LOVED EVERYTHING

The property manager and her daughter are wonderful people. They gave us a walk through of the condo to make sure we knew where everything was located. It's so much more I could say about this beautiful place! I'll definitely be staying again!!!

Business and fun

Very nice host and overall great experience. The view was awesome and the location was very convenient for the business and recreational activities that we participated. On the negative side - certain aspects of the apartment are dated but that didn't bother us too much. Only hassle was the garage pass (which I understand they are updating) and the front door. Other then that, nothing worth complaining about as it was overall a good experience!

Awesome Experience. Loved Condo

The Host! The sweetest person ever ! She took time to explain every detail in the condo, the beautiful view of the ocean is unbelievable waking up every morning too. Parking was very easy we parked in the garage. The host is nice, sweet and wonderful, called several times to make sure that we were okay. This is the kind of property I would recommend staying at with your family or a small business trip. We loved our stay and can't wait to head back to Miami ! Thanks Again !

Paradise ......

Comfortable, well equipped, well-located property. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner at the end of our stay. Down to earth gentleman. We had a slight issue at the start of our stay and he drove over 4 hours to address it! You don't find customer service like this frequently. This unit has to die for views! Will be going back again! Thanks Doc!

Awesome views of sunrise and sunsets!

This is a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo centrally located to everything you need. The 16th floor has amazing views of the marina, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. You can even have drinks on the balcony and watch the cruise ships go in and out of port. It is a perfect location for going to South Beach, the Miami Design Center and other cultural attractions. It also has lots of restaurants inside the Doubletree hotel that you can walk to. I enjoyed the gym in the building as well. Having a washer/dryer is very convenient too. Walking to the bank and Publix is only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay again.
