Employees as a whole do not greet guests. This includes the front desk and the cleaning staff. They mumble when you speak to them. Took 3 days and multiple requests to get clean towels which we had to go to the front desk to collect. No one came to clean our room nor bathroom our entire 5 day stay. On the fourth day we requested the trash be removed and a new box of kleenex and a roll of toilet paper. I would not recommend this facility despite being a Hilton Honors member.

Good location, nice room, comfy beds & great view over the bay. Some areas of the room a little tired, balcony needs painting, shower door didn't seal shut so leaked but didn't spoil our stay.

This hotel was awful, it was old tired & nothing worked. Staff were very unhelpful. I would never stay in this hotel again.

It is a very good place, the only thing that I was not happy was with the valet parking charge. In Expedia says $30 per day and they change $49.
