They have an unfair refund policy . Especially during this pandemic. Stay away.

Overall a disappointing experience at this property. The on-site staff did not take any ownership and kept giving Miami Vacations's contact for everything.Below are the issues I faced 1) The room had no hangers in closet 2) The toilet clogged I called Miami vacations a couple of times and either they did not respond or take no action. Also the property is really weird. One has to go through an underground parking lot to get to the beach. Will never stay here again. Given how much they charge, I was definitely expecting a lot better. Expedia should verify thr review rating system as the rating for this property on Expedia is 4 and that's why I booked it.

I have been biking this property for the last 3 years. I am traveling with a small child. Location/free beach beds, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful kids pool has been winners. I also like always appreciate a selection of toys at the beach consession. This year, however, I felt marijuana smell everyday and I saw some of the hotel guests smoking dope on the beach. This was not great and I clearly won't want to stay in a room where somebody smoked before as the smell would linger for weeks.
