"On a motorcycle trip in southeastern Ohio Thursday night and looking for a place to stay near Marietta. Pulled this place up on Expedia and it looked like a winner. This place was very nice, better than I expected, whoever remodeled this place did a fabulous job. Very nice restaurant and bar downstairs, I hope to come back here again. Highly recommended."

"This was a very clean and quiet place to spend a few days. We were really surprised as to how large the condo is compared to the pictures. We were very comfortable! The unit is on the second floor, but there is a ramp leading up to the unit which really helped with my husband's mobility issues. The check in and check out process was easy and well communicated. Maxx was a wonderful host! We hope to stay here again in the future!"
"It was on my Granddaughter's bucket list to visit this haunted domain. It was a great stay in our mini-suite. Got the haunted room 409 pictures, at the door.The walkable history lesson at the namsake museum is a must. It all made memories."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were terrific. We have stayed here on two occasions, and would be happy to do so again if we’re in Marietta."
"This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. "

"We love staying right downtown and that's what this apartment was. Convenient parking, comfy bed, nice big shower. We didn't use the kitchen at all. Stairs and a long hallway once you get into the building, but very well lit and safe."
"It was definitely higher class then most hotels nearby. However, it does suck that there is a cemetery right beside it; so, depending on the room that's the view you get. Also, I thought it was supposed to have a pool, but I wasn't able to locate it."
"This place is in a quiet location, but not far from major attractions and shopping. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for us to relax and share quality time. The only thing we thought that it needed was a bar in the bathroom for the tub. We are all older - it was a 62, 70 and 80 year old in our group and its tough to get into showers that are in a tub setting. We went to Walmart and got one of the suction cup hand bars and put it on for our use- I needed another one for my house any way so it worked out great. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely quiet - when you close the door - it really blocks the noise from the other rooms (those girls sitting up late and giggling :). We had a great stay and would come back if we are in the area again!"

"Beautiful historic home. Very clean, very comfortable. A/C works great, luxury bedding and inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out was a breeze. Highly recommend & will stay here again next time we visit Marietta. "
"We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location."
