Quatre Bornes

“The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. The reception was closed at this time of night and I asked the night porter to quiet them down and he was reluctant. "They are here on holiday to have a good time, perhaps you should ask to move your room" was his……

Beau Bassin - Rose Hill

“Highly recommendable. Everything I need was there and it was clean everywhere though I stayed a room without bath, toilet and kitchen. Calm area but easy to go other town such as Port Louis or Curepipe etc,. Train station, boulangerie(napolitaine available!), briyani shop(tooo much for a single touirst!), convenience store nearby. And what I loved most is the host. She warmly welcomed me and took care of me. I miss her :')”

“A beautiful, clean and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the buffet restaurant was a major disappointment and fell well below the standard of the rest of the hotel. The food was cold and bland, unlike the à la carte restaurants, where we enjoyed good meals. The optional all-inclusive package was also confusing, with insufficient clarity about what was included and what required an additional charge. Overall, a lovely hotel, but the buffet food and the clarity of the……

Blue Bay
