“Extremely disappointing stay at LUX* Le Morne. While the property positions itself as a luxury resort, the experience fell far short of that standard.
A major issue was the presence of a large number of cats roaming freely across the property, including around and inside restaurant areas. “The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. The service is much better and faster if you have an all inclusive package but is very costly compared to other resorts. It doesn’t have the best beach and is difficult to snorkel. I would……
