Summary:

Welcome to our lovely apartment with sea views and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and local transport.



The apartment is located in the idyllic area of Riviera Del Sol, only 25 minutes from the nearest airport (Málaga). Riviera del Sol is known as a tranquil oasis between the two sprawling metropoles of Fuengirola and Marbella, close to golf, nature, experiences, and attractions. There are several restaurants, food stores, taxi stations, and a beach club called Max Beach.



The Space:

The residence consists of a large and bright living room with sea view, a large smart TV, internet, a sofa bed, and a social kitchen with dining area. From the balcon,y you can see the Mediterranean and on clear days you can see Gibraltar and Africa as well. There are 2 bedrooms, where one has a king-size double bed with an en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has 2 single beds and private access to the balcony.



The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.



Small pets are allowed for an additional daily fee and extra cleaning charge. Please contact us for more information. (50€ extra cleaning fee and 15€/night pet fee will be charged, only 1 small pet allowed per booking)



Guest Access:

The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in each room, Wifi, as well as a laundry and washing machine.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
