Very convenient if you arrive late or depart early. Easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop (it is free, between Terminal 1 and 2, the bus stop is at Casa Nouve. Nice breakfast.

You take the shuttle from terminal one near the Sheraton hotel, ride for two or three stops and you walk for five minutes from the bus stop.

Staff was very helpful and the price was reasonable. Unrelated to the hotel, the shuttle from Malpensa airport drops off seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is a 5 minute walk, so consider that when you book it, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.

I was on a vacation trip with my mother for 15 days visiting several cities in Italy. On the 9th day of our trip my mother passed away while we were in another city. I called Holiday Inn Express Milan - Malpensa Airport which was the last hotel in our planned itinerary before flying back from Italy. I talked to the manager to let her know we were not going to arrive as planned. She refused to refund our reservation. It was the only of all the hotels, attractions, and airlines that denied to give us our money back. Shameful

We arrived by bus from the airport and the drop off was far away from the hotel. It was pouring rain and we had to pull our luggage along the street with no sidewalk. I recommend making a reservation with the hotel to send their hotel van. Plus, it was about a 10 min ride to/from the airport which is farther than I expected. The kitchen was short staffed for dinner, but they were very pleasant and apologetic for the long wait. The best part of our stay was the bar tender. He was extremely pleasant and even went outside to get fresh mint for our Hugo Spritzes! Cheers to the bar tender.
