They do not respect do not disturb on the door. They will make excuses and only after a while give a weak apology like it is still your fault. No ‘manager’ works on the weekend so if you have a problem it is too bad.

It is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good and have lots of choices. Only thing need improvement is Wi-Fi, it is really slow!

I only stayed here one night before flying back home from Milan. I got to the main tourist area in just 3 stops on the train so it was convenient. The room was big for one person and the bed was a good size.

I booked this property through Expedia but when I called to confirm both Expedia and the property said there was no reservation so i booked a different hotel. When I got a reminder email late in the day of the booking, I contacted both Expedia and the property again. I explained what happened and that I had to book another hotel since I couldn’t confirm my reservation with Windsor. They refused to help me or give me a refund.
