“I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. On the doorstep of such beautiful places to visit. Jonathan was a top host both in greeting us and showing us around, and being so flexible with our requests. “We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all……
