“Host wasn’t reachable. After multiple attempts, host attended the phone around evening 4’o clock and mentioned that he cancelled my booking due to door issue in the flat. There’s no prior communication about this.”

“The room was clean ok for a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy. But unfortunately there was a hot water issue in the hotel so we had not hot water at all.... Also a lack of plugs i the room to charge anything.”

“Plenty of parking staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant toilets were spotless and restaurant was well laid out and clean. Only negative was the menu could have had more variety it was mostly based around various types of burgers with a longer stay you may get bored with the food choices. We stayed on the the Friday which was fish and chip special day to be told they had no fish. In summary we had a great stay and will certainly stay again. Please……
