“温泉の露天が茶室の様な仕様と、和室からホタルが舞っているように見える寝湯がとても良かった。サウナもあるが水風呂はなかった。客室は広くてキレイでとても良かったが、4人宿泊で洗面のコッブが2つしか無かった。素泊まりだったせいか湯沸かしポットが無くて残念だったが総じて満足。”

“ビジネス ダブルまたはツインルームを予約
▶エアコン故障（ファンヒーターのみ３時間おきに電源再投入が必要で熟睡できず）
▶風呂なし（共用 シャワーのお湯が出ず）
▶冷蔵庫なし
▶テレビなし（写真ではあるのに部屋にはなし）
▶照明は蛍光灯と白熱灯があるが暗く、蛍光灯は中に虫の死骸だらけ（何年も掃除していない）
▶部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ホコリや小さなゴミがそのまま、南京虫が居そう
▶共用部分の廊下や階段はきしみ音あり、補修された様子なし、お湯の出も悪くチョロチョロ、トイレから外の雪溶かし水道ホースが出ていて窓が完全に閉まらず極寒”
