Element as a whole was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff from check-in to check-out was friendly and acommodating. They had a nice breakfast selection with both hot and cold options, which were individually wrapped. The parking was close by and felt safe even after dark. We will definitely stay here again!!

The staff was very kind and engaging every time we walked through the lobby! Beautiful hotel, the suite was amazing, very clean and setup well for all our needs! The location was perfect, directly across the street from the Mall of America. The free breakfast was nice and setup well with Covid protocols in place. Nice restaurant in the area, right across the parking lot of the hotel. Plenty of parking, including parking lot as well as a parking garage. Minnesota is own home but e know longer live in the state but visit often, looking forward to our next stay already because of the wonderful accommodations!

I wouldnt recommended staying here. We booked a room last night due to winter weather conditions @ a nice hotel in a nice area that we have frequented before. We woke up today and checked out and walked to very nice lit up parking garage provided by the hotel. We walked up to pick-up truck and there was paperwork on the ground. We opened doors and looked a mess. Then we noticed the back passenger window was smashed in. We evaluated what could have been stolen and went back into hotel to inquiry about security cameras. We were told the other very nice hotel adjacent had accessand were sent over there. Thats it. No offer to assist from that moment on. We walked to other lobby and were told they cannot access until assistant manager came in hours later and will need police report to release which we said ok we have already called the police and they are on the way. No im sorry to hear. Can we do anything for you. Police arrive and tell us they have good cameras in the parking garage and they know this because this has happened and a week ago someone was carjacked in the exact parking garage. Why isnt the hotel doing more to let people know that THEIR parking structure is not safe!! Police said the area by the mall of America seems very safe but is not and crime has been excessive! I would recommended you stay @ a hotel with secure parking so this doesnt happen to you and where they might show a little more concern than these folks did!

A good, clean hotel with very easy access to MOA and the Metro Transit. Made for a safe trip to the Winter Classic at Target Field.
