Modern 4BR Home with Chic Décor & Great Location

Stay in style at this 4 BR, 2.5 bathroom with eclectic décor and modern comforts, perfectly situated for exploring the best of the Twin Cities. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, dining for 8, a cozy living room with a smart TV, and a sitting area with board games. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and half bath. Relax in the fenced backyard with outdoor seating. Centrally located near top attractions, this home offers a fun and convenient retreat for families or groups!

The main level features a relaxing front sitting room with a custom hand-painted mural and board games, a private living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar. The spacious primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, attached half bath, and patio access to the fenced backyard.

Upstairs, find three additional bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a twin—each featuring locking doors, clothing storage, and full-length mirrors. A full bathroom completes this floor.

The pet-friendly backyard offers outdoor seating and yard games (available June–September), perfect for summer fun. Centrally located, The Hen House is minutes from the Mall of America, MSP Airport, Minnehaha Falls, Lake Nokomis Beach, and top stadiums.

Really had an excellent time staying here. The house was clean and well-stocked, and the decor was exceptionally charming. It really had all we needed, and Katie was so great about communicating and handling a small issue we had with the washing machine. Really great stay and a super-easy check in and check out process.

Great stay

Six adults and one toddler stayed four nights at this comfortable, well-located and adorable older home. I wouldn’t change a single thing about it. We were able to walk a few blocks to coffee shops and restaurants. Our toddler loved exploring the nooks and crannies upstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked and appliances top-notch. I’d definitely recommend it!!

Perfect for 5-person friend reunion. Love the vibe and decor, and the living spaces were ideal for gathering and drinking coffee in the morning and wine at night. My friend who is local to Minneapolis plans to refer future visitors to this spot.

So cute!

This house was really adorable. It’s an older home but has a ton of charm. They did a great job decorating it. It has everything you to feel at home. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood that is really close to some popular lakes you can swim, walk or bike around. Very safe area and conveniently located. We would 100% stay here again.

Lovely, welcoming home in Powderhorn

The house is beautiful - nice layout and fun decor. New kitchen and fixtures, and hostess Katie was highly responsive and friendly. Close (15 min) to airport and lots of great restaurants. Overall great rental!
