Room was fine. Great bed, pillows just ok. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast always biscuits and gravy with no variation. Tastes good, but get there early before the biscuits turn hard. Doors closing in this hotel are extremely loud and disruptful, and jacuzzi could be warmer. But considering everything, definitely worth the trip and price. Parking lot is very icy, and the coffee is dismal. Convenient location.

Great service when we arrived. Clean and comfortable room. Really loved the amount of pillows on the bed. Breakfast had many options including cold and hot choices. Didn't use pool area during this stay.

I had booked a jacuzzi room. It was a nice size room. The bed was definitely worn and the jacuzzi took over an hour to fill, also the handles were broken so getting them to work at all was tricky. Staff was kind.

The quality of the hotel verse price was great. Had the tv not working when we got in our room the front desk came right up and got it fixed and apologized for the inconvenience also had the key card not work one night and they fixed it right away.

It’s hard entering after hours because they tell you to call to be let in the lobby but don’t provide a number to call. Bed was super comfortable. I felt safe and it had good parking. There are stairs going down to the first floor rooms and stairs going up with no elevator which makes it difficult if you have heavy or lots of luggage to haul. There was a pool and hot tub but I didn’t get to use cause it was closed by the time I got there.

We really enjoyed the hot tub, it felt really nice and the sun was shining on us also through the windows. You didn't get blasted by the smell of chlorine when you walked into the room, which was nice. Plus it was nice to start out our day with the free breakfast, before we shopped until we dropped.
