Quality Inn West Bloomington was convenient, well maintained, and the staff was useful. Handicap accessible parking was llimited but useful. Steps down the corrador to our room was difficult to navigate, especially with luggage.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Property needed some updates. Breakfast was sub par. Neighborhood was nice. Pool and hot tub were good. Rooms were not very sound proof, could hear nearly everything from rooms next door.

Great location. Safe with great food choices within walking distance. Shower changes from scalding hot to cold throughout your shower which is a pain. AC could not keep the room cool. Breakfast was 1/5 but the coffee shop down the street is great

Our room smelled like pee and mold. The floor was filthy. I wore white socks and they were black brown after just a little while in the room. You could feel the grossness which is why I chose not to walk around with bare feet. Luckily we could open a window, which helped. Everything else in the room was decent. Sadly there was no peanut butter at breakfast (something we prefer), but they had most all other options. The pool and hot tub were nice.

I am so great full for the staff here. My daughter left a very personal and sentimental item at the hotel and we didn’t realize until after we got back to New York. The staff located the item, is keeping it safe and mailing it back to us! Thank you soo soo much!

There is very little positive about this location. Check in was quick and staff efficient and nice, but the room was prepaid also. This is an old location and it shows, along with being in the worst spot for any quiet night. At 6 am I thought the train I heard was coming through my room. Not enough parking, trucks taking up multiple spaces, doors that don't fit, water that doesn't shut off, the worst shower faucet control I have ever seen (fell apart trying to turn on the shower). Breakfast is typical unhealthy fare. On the plus (such as it is), the jacuzzi was nice to have, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately those things do not compensate for the others. Great to have a comfortable bed, but only if you don't mistake someone turning on a shower in another for a tornado.
