“Clean”

“This was a beautiful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable. Never had a chance to check out the lounge. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but it was at least offered. Only downside was that we were not aware that daily housekeeping was not offered. I suppose we were supposed to ask for it. We ended up leaving early for reasons unrelated to the facility, so we never did inquire about the housekeeping schedule.”

“We only stayed for one night. The jets in the whirlpool didn't work. The outside door to the building wouldn't open with your key card. The soda machine took our money, gave us change, but the bottle didn't come out. But we got refunded from the front desk and a bottle of water. Otherwise everything seemed fine. The bed was great, so that makes up for some of the other issues. The staff was really helpful and polite.”
