Completely renovated and updated throughout...brand new kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms...must see to appreciate!

This gorgeous three story townhome is conveniently located in Miramar Beach/Destin directly on its own private white sand beach!

We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season.

Snow birds that rent 28+ days in Jan and Feb get 30% discount off nightly rate.

If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 55” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop!

BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony.

There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages.

Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 15 comfortably with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed & full size bunk w/pullout and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle.

Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane).

Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Any sign of smoking or smokeless tobacco (sorry...this means no smoking on the outside decks either).

Yearly family trip

We love staying on the beach so it’s easier for the grandkids to go back and forth and not have to cross the street or load everything up to drive back to a rental. This place was stellar and would recommend 10/10! The spiral staircase going to bottom floor on the beach side was tricky but we managed it and had no issues, even after a few drinks lol.

Perfect Beach Stay

Great house in a great location. Right on a private beach but still accessible and walking distance to stores and restaurants. House provided everything you could need and exactly as described. The host was very communicative, and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Well stocked right on the beach

Sanddollar 4 is a great place to stay. Well stocked with all the necessities and lots of room. Private beach area and beach chairs were big pluses. All the extras out weighed the spiral staircase. I would recommend this place 100%!

Best Stay Ever

We absolutely loved this town home. It had everything you could want in a vacation rental. It comes with a beach umbrella and two chair rental which was wonderful for my parents. The owners even have everything you would need for a day at the beach included with the rental. My family loved the paddle boards and kayak and my grandchildren had their pick of beach toys. We also used an extra beach umbrella that was also included so everyone could sit in the shade. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait until we do. It was truly a home away from home. We were close to all the restaurants and shopping for our evenings out but honestly we liked just having everything delivered and staying in.

Beautiful ocean front property!

Beautiful home and location! Shops right across the street, few blocks to Pomano Joe’s, and literally just steps to the sand. This is, by far, was the most well-stocked vacation rental we’ve stayed in over the past 10 years while visiting Destin/Miramar Beach. Owner provides so many extras that usually aren’t included, like the huge selection of beach toys, chairs, and a nice tent canopy! Lots of useful stuff in the kitchen too! They have thought of everything for the perfect vacation!!! The only draw back are the stairs leading to the beach. The kids and us were fine, but they were very difficult to get down and up for our older guests with bad knees! No fault of the owner of course, but just good to know for guests who can’t do steep, windy stairs. Overall, gorgeous and very clean rental in the perfect location! Thank you so much for a wonderful and much needed vacation!

Great location

I was so skeptical after reading some of the reviews about parking and the stairs. Parking is tight for 3 vehicles. But we made it work! The spiral stairs to the beach, just had our little ones walk slow with us. Never an issue. Our family of 8 adults and (5 children ranging from 3 months to 10 years old) enjoyed our stay ! The proximity to the beach was perfect. You really need to bring nothing but food and clothes! lol everything you need to cook and enjoy on vacation is available. We even found a stroller in the closet upstairs which came in handy for our 2year old granddaughter. We had only brought one for her baby sister. The layout is perfect for large family. Not to mention there are 2 sets of washer and dryers! We will definitely be coming back!

The place was clean, convenient to shopping, and you couldn’t beat being steps from the beach. Plenty of additional sleeping spaces, which was nice. Only a couple downsides. Parking is TIGHT! Sometimes couldn’t even open our car door because of the neighbors. The refrigerator also had a broken piece that made a whole shelf fall every time you pulled the drawer out, which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The spiral staircase down to the beach was also less than ideal. Fine for bigger kids or adults but I had a 1 and 3 year old trying to go down them and it was sketchy. Lastly, it would have been nice to have some dishwasher pods to get us started. Overall, would stay here again but some room for improvement as well.

This was an amazing townhouse on the beach. We've been coming to the area for 11 years and this was the best yet. The private beach was everything! We came with 4 teenagers and 4 adults. We had so much room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There are also several places within walking distance. Will stay here again!

You will not be disappointed!!!

Stay here! Thats the summary of my review. The owners were great with communication. The property is on the beach so you are inevitably tracking sand in but you wouldn’t know that when we checked in. It was spotless (I don’t even know how they do that). The parking is fine if you have one vehicle. It’s probably tight with more than one but its beachfront property. There were lots of options for eating in as far as glass wear and dish wear. There are so many options for beach stuff like umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc. TVs everywhere. We wish we’d packed a lot lighter with the convenience of two sets of washers and dryers for quick loads of laundry. Beds were all comfortable. The outside stairs were a little treacherous but you just have to be careful. The umbrellas and chair service on the beach every day was such a nice touch. There are 3 different balconies to enjoy and yes, we did see dolphins several times in the morning. This is a great house, in a very convenient location, on a spectacular beach. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything we wanted for a family get away. Right on the beach, great living space for all of us and close to eating and events. Such a great place to relax, use the beach and all of the accessories the owner has on location for the water and sand.

Loved our stay here

We absolutely loved our stay here. He has everything you need for your beach days already at the townhouse, it was very clean. The parking was very tight for all the big vehicles we had but we made it work. There’s an ice cream shop right across the street which the kids loved. We will be staying here again for sure!

Family Spring Break

I would give this five stars, except the property is somewhat dated. It was very clean. The location could not be beat. Would prefer that the steps lead directly to the beach rather than kind of the closed off dark and scary set up that is currently in place. Other than being dated, and the steps issue, I couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely needs a refresh.

Location was amazing / right on the beach!

Our whole family came during the week of July 4th. There was a big group of us from grandparents, parents, adult kids, 16 and 8 year old. It was awesome being right on the beach! The manager was so quick to respond with all my inquiries. The house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to have a set of chairs and an umbrella provided for our condo. The hardest part was having to park within the narrow parking spaces. You really don’t want to leave once you have parked. We managed park 2 SUVs, big truck &. 6 seater golf cart. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart ahead of time. Overall, it was a great experience. It was fun being there for July 4th and sitting up on the balcony and watching the fireworks!
