“The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. The velvet bedding was extremely strange in the heat of summer and was uncomfortable. The shower/tub bottom did not feel secure and felt like the plastic was going to fall through the floor. To……

“These cottages are close to town, most things within walking distance.”

“Home was clean Host was easy to communicate with”

“Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Cottages and feel as though we found such a GEM of a place. We definitely hope to come back! It was absolutely perfect for us and the attention to detail was truly amazing. We appreciated the kitchenette to cook in. The outside sitting area was so perfect! We LOVED how close to the downtown area of Wolfeboro it was--the location is perfect. Nice and quiet, which we also appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH!”

“If you like waking up and sipping coffee in adirondack chairs just feet from Lake Winnipesaukee on your own private dock, then this house is for you. What a beautiful property in the most ideal location in all of Wolfeboro. It's walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, entertainment. Parking is nearly at the front door. The property has everything you'll need for comfort - fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, queen bedroom and renovated bathroom. Wonderful memories made……

“Great location, specially for concerts or enjoying the beach. Some road noise.”

“Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry……

“Clean, pet friendly, quiet, attractively furnished. Had not known it would be a second floor unit with stairs to enter. That was not a problem for us but might be for others. We enjoyed ourselves.”

“Nice quiet get away spot but close to fun opportunities!”

“The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.”

“Great location. Close to the strip”

“Cute cottage, convenient to town.”

“Our second stay at this well appointed, perfectly located spot in Meredith. We cannot wait to come back. Host is responsive to messages and in our opinion very accommodating. Thank you for sharing this gem of a property with us!”

“My sister and I stayed here for one night after a great Foliage Train Ride in Meredith. The property was perfectly decorated for Halloween and when we got to the cottage, we were extremely impressed. The little kitchen /breakfast nook was adorable, spotlessly clean from top to bottom, the bathroom, like Mr Clean was in there himself. The beds were really comfy, awesome mattresses. Outside are your own little sitting area with personal firepits and privacy. It’s like cottages in a camping……

“Beautiful spot! Walked to the Bank of NH venue for concert. Lake is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Places adorable everything you need.”
