“We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. “The hotel is about 25km from old town. We didn’t have a car but you are able to take the local bus or a boat to get there. Bus stop is 7mins away, a grocery store is 5 minutes away but if you go down by the water there is another local grocery store. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator but the pool was a nice feature for the kids.”
