“Very spacious apartment and it was nice that there is an elevator which is not too common in Europe. Great area but can be noisy. There needs to be more instructions;We didn't know the shutters could be closed in the living room where the sofa bed is located, there was a lot of street noise. But they can which completely helped with the noise. The dryer wasn't working so it took some time to find the two lint trays that needed to be cleaned before it would work. (no instructions)No……

“Pésima atención. Me tuvieron una hora afuera del lugar sin contestar el teléfono y luego llegó una señora y me aventó las llaves desde su auto sin ni siquiera frenarse ni hablarme ! No sabía ni cuál era el número de departamento. En el check out lo mismo no respondió mis mensajes. El lugar no está mal aunque falta limpieza y los colchones están horrendos pero la atención fue espantosa. Nunca me habían tratado así”

“The host Alberto met us to help us with unloading and parking. He made our check in process extremely smooth when pedestrian zones in Italian cities can feel very overwhelming. The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. We can only hope to go back!”

“Link provided to check in did not work waiting and stranded in the street for 1.5 hrs waiting for a response from property management . As a result of link not working, we had no way in which to exit the property for re entry. We left and had to get a hotel elsewhere; management refused refund.”

“I had such a great time staying at this location! The property owner was an angel; she maintained great communication, left beverages and personal hygiene materials in the apartment, and was mindful to turn on the AC before arrival to have an ideal temperature in the apartment. It is located in the center of the city and near produce and clothing stores. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. We really loved this experience, and could not recommend this specific location enough! Just……
