"Just stayed for one night. We found it very difficult to park anywhere near the property, we were probably a mile away. We found access difficult, all instructions are given by WhatsApp. That it would be very difficult for you. Apartment was clean and tidy and very bright white walls. Good location for restaurants and nightlife, probably wouldn't stay there again because of the parking."

"The property is in great location in the center of Modena. Luca explained everything about the property at check in. Down sides include very low ceiling where the bed is located with steep stairs down from its loft. Low ceiling in bathroom. Terrible towels - stiff and gray. They need to get some fluffy new towels."

"Great location and the apartment was large and clean. However, the amenities were weak. There was only one wine glass. The second one was broken. One coffee cup. There was insufficient supplies, such as coffee, pepper and toilet paper for our five day stay. We text our host repeatedly with no response. He did answer when we called. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. "
