With sea views, the holiday apartment Balcón de Amadores 1 in Puerto Rico is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Children are welcome.



The bedroom has 1 double bed and the living room features 1 sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment offers beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, overlooking Amadores Beach. There is also an open balcony-style terrace. A shared outdoor area with a pool is available for your use.



You are just 2 to 5 minutes on foot from restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets. The picturesque Amadores Beach is a 3-minute drive away (1.5 km). Gran Canaria Airport is about 34 minutes by car.



Parking is available on the property, but not guaranteed. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is available. There are surveillance cameras at the entrance of the building. The property has a step-free interior and features a lift. Towels and bed linen are included.
