“DO NOT BOOK! SCAM!
These people are scammers. The morning of my stay, I got an email from them saying they want tl charge me 200% of what I initially paid through Expedia on top of my initial payment. When I emailed them back and said that doesn't look right and I need some more information, they stopped responding and never sent me the access information to the property. Ever since, they've also refused to respond to Expedia's calls and emails. So I had to pay for another place too and I have……

“Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS!
Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10!
Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!”
