The location in the hamlet of Water Newton is stunning and gorgeous walks through the countryside are abundant. "Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal."

"The property was tucked away and in a beautiful location. We made great use of the lakes and explored on paddle board and kayak, launching from just by the parking area and front door to the property. Very convenient! "

"Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...

"The house is new and tidy, There is only one little problem, there is not enough Utensil in the kitchen, Only two forks and two spoons. Other than that, Everything is awesome! Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"Each time we stay at Rosemead is like arriving home, Julie & Alistair are so welcoming and are amazing hosts! "Lovely pub and restaurant. Room lovely and clean but didn't need a disabled bathroom and extra lighting that was bright in room at night. Large family group staying next to us, who had early morning meeting in hallway and no soft closing doors so quite noisy. Staff excellent. "
