“The hotel is fairly new and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about 25 from Valencia’s downtown. however; there is a train station a block away from the hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel is very nice and it’s open late. Moncada where the hotel is located is a nice typical Pueblo in Spain.”

“Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.”

“Great room and bathroom! Very comfortable bed. Plentiful breakfast. Beautiful decor.”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“The building is beautiful and it is perfectly located for visiting the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”

“房間整潔，服務人員親切。 距離最近的車站有點距離，但附近有家樂福很方便。”

“周邊超市多且方便”

“The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).”
